Can I connect multiple 747 agent accounts?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can connect 1-unlimited agent accounts. Each operates independently with its own player base, but they all share the same NexusPay subscription and dashboard.
What happens if a NexusPay payment fails?
The platform actively verifies payments every 8 seconds. If the gateway confirms payment but the 747 transfer fails, the system auto-retries every 5 minutes. Failed verified payments are never lost.
Is there a minimum deposit for NexusPay?
Default minimum is PHP 100, maximum is PHP 500,000 per transaction. These limits are configurable by the platform administrator.
Can my loaders see other loaders' transactions?
No. Loaders only see transactions assigned to them during their shift. The owner sees everything across all loaders and shifts.
How do I integrate with my own system?
Use the Merchant API. Authenticate with your API key and secret, create payments via POST /api/v1/payments, and receive webhook callbacks when payments complete. See the Merchant API docs for code examples.
What if the 747 panel is down?
The circuit breaker automatically backs off from the 747 panel after failed login attempts (15min → 1hr → 24hr). Manual transactions can still be queued and will process when the panel recovers.
